Method SN without AE

The protocol is to use meto or domp as AE. Because of the injuries in my brain from psych meds, I think dopamine antagonists won't work on me.

Why a dopamine antagonist is specifically needed ?

I have metopemazine : I've read it's not as powerful as domp or metoclo, but could it make the job done ?
