SN when to take famotidin?

Are there pharmacologists here? When to take famotidine? I assume that it should be taken 3 hours before SN because the instructions say that the maximum is reached 1 or 3.5 hours after taking the drug.

It's recommended in Vizzy's SN Bible to take any antacids 30 minutes before the consumption of SN.
