Has anybody struggled to get their package?
I've been waiting over a month now. And I paid for faster shipping

That is stressful and frustrating. May I ask where you are located. I am in US. My tracking status did not update for 16 days and just did right now it is very slowly moving through still in U* from DSL. Did not pay for express.

yup. it's been in customs for 14 days and he hasn't responded to my email i sent abt a week ago. i paid express shipping and am in the US

Same situation here. Feeling like the "express" shipping was a complete waste of money.

it definitely is in my opinion, also from what others have said about it. i think there's no difference in shipping with it

What country are you in? Was it held by U* customs for a period of time?
Now mine seems to be moving

mine seemed to spend 5 days between uk customs and the plane, and then 5 more from the plane to taking off

overall, mine was very quick - 3 weeks, but it still felt like a lifetime (would have been literally, if i had taken it the day it arrived )

They have sent me two and neither has arrived and not moving on the shipping. So I am stuffed, first one was April so he sent another one but it hasn't moved since the 8th of may so doubt I will get that one

hi, we are In a similar boat. my first order was April 9 and shipped April 11, got lost never left U*. A month later, I payed for a new order on May 8 and it shipped May 12, and that package hasn't moved for a week since presented to customs on May 13. I am not feeling encouraged.

I think these details got leaked on this forum and he said I'm in a message to me too. Many orders were being sent so I think he got leaked or reported. I don't know but I don't think I'm getting my package when I look on the tracking, it doesn't show that it's moved.

Hi. I am curious if there was a leak on this forum too now. He told you that you were in a message? How so? It is really disappointing regarding both packages. Have you reached out to him about your second package not moving yet? I am going to reach out to him about my second package not moving soon. All of this is very frustrating to say the least.

No have not spoke to him about it yet as I am sure he is getting it from everyone.

They did not get it. Two packages had been sent and neither received. Same as me but I'm not in Australia. Passing through U* customs is the main issue regardless of destination country these past couple of months for the most part.

Yes, there is one person that did manage to get it from the same source titled for this thread. There are a few that luckily do. Of course, perhaps directly reply to that person if you want to get a direct reply from them. I had been chatting with the person you had replied and knew their current situation as of today as to wy I answered you.
