That is stressful and frustrating. May I ask where you are located. I am in US. My tracking status did not update for 16 days and just did right now it is very slowly moving through still in U* from DSL. Did not pay for express.

yup. it's been in customs for 14 days and he hasn't responded to my email i sent abt a week ago. i paid express shipping and am in the US

it definitely is in my opinion, also from what others have said about it. i think there's no difference in shipping with it
