i have the sn almost ready (with extra cups). i fell free. happy, almost no fear. i didn't think it would be like that..

i am eternally grateful for the existence of this forum and for the many good people in it. being here helped me a lot.

ps: i'm going to take metoclopramide now and in 30 minutes i'm going to take sn

im not using benzos or other medications, just metoclopramide and sn.

30min before i took 30mg of meto
and 2 25g sn glasses. the second one i'll probably take even without vomiting just to be safe.
