Help SN sources in EU?

Hello. I've been getting quite frustrated with my search for SN. I can mostly just find US or other sources, and some others seem defunct. I once found an Italian one months ago, but couldn't figure out how to either pretend to have a license or find a non-license purchase option.

I know I could order from overseas, but for the sake of security as well as a timely fashion I would be much obliged if anyone could share an EU source per PN, preferably from Germany or Austria as these two seem to be the most trusted countries by intra-Schengen customs.

I think there no Sources in Germany or Austria, they strict laws.
The only way i know are polish sources and the Ukraine Source.

Hello there. I recently just acquired SN, and it looks like there are very few SN sellers left in the EU, atleast from what I could read. I got mine from EU, it took some more time than expected to find a reliable source
