Hey guys, seeking input and advice on my SN regimen (stat dose). I found the simple regimen on the wiki but man, there sure is a lot of variation from person to person in their actual experiences

Days 1 and 2: some meto

Day-of, Day 3: fast food & water for 8hrs or so
11 PM: 30 mg meto, 800 mg tagamet or tums
Midnight: 15 g SN in 50 ml water

Questions
-if i get access to olanzapine before the meto, should i treat it differently? both are dopamine blockers which should do the job
-wouldn't hurt to take meto in the days beforehand even if its a stat dose?
-incorporate zofran? ibuprofen? propanolol? i have access to all 3
-if i cant access tagamet do i make do with tums? If so whats the dosage?

thank youuuuuu

Are food delivery services (Uber Eats etc.) still operating in your area?

They do but i live in a small town in a small country and they have yet to expand their services to smaller towns. Currently they are only doing it on the two main cities, i believe.
Macdrive is also available but i have no car and i'm not asking my mother to go there with me. I barely talk with her these days...
The other night i walked in there and asked by them window from which they attend to the drive clients if they could sell it to me but they said they were only allowed to sell to people who went on a car... For fucks sake, apart from two cars, there was no one else there. They could have sold me a damn meal and it was not as if the whole world would be doing the same thing because there was almost no one else there, but i guess rules are rules...

-Olanzapine is used as antiemetic, but also as an antipsychotic. You either use meto or olanzapine. I would stick to meto only. Also, you should never use meto and an antipsychotic together. So, only use meto.
-Stat or regimen are both fine. Choose one of the two.
-Zofran/Ondansetron combined with Domperidone has the effect of Metoclopramide. On its own Ondansetron is a not that powerful antiemetic. You already have Metoclopramide, so don't incorporate Zofran. Ibuprofen and Propranolol will mitigate the discomfort after SN ingestion. If you have access to those, I should definately use them, but they are not mandatory.
- People used tums as antacid. Take the max daily dose written on the label of product. You can also use an acid reducer like famotidine ('Pepcid').
Or other antacids, which contain magnesium hydroxide like 'Milk of Magnesia', 'Maalox' or 'Mylanta'.

I used Stan's thread and the thread of Quarky00 to answer your questions. Check Stan's example regimen and compare to your own.
