Sn regime morphine instead of paracetamol and other questions ..🙏🏻

I have morphine, 10 x 10 tablets and want to use them for my sn plan.

Also I want to devide 8 x 5 mg olanzepine in the 48 hours following Stan's guide and using 5 mg ola instead of 10 my Meto.

I have around 7 x 1 mg lorazepam
And want to use them not sure about the timing.

would 10 mg morphine pills be fine to take? How many should I take?

So: how much should I take of the morphine I have 10 x 10 mg.
Stan recommends 1000 mg paracetamol one hour before sn and says nothing about when to take the benzos is that also one hour or half hour before the SN?

I edited my post, how much should I take of the morphine I have 10 x 10 mg. Stan recommends 1000 mg paracetamol one hour before sn and nothing about when to take the benzos

The thing about opiates is that they cause nausea especially at higher doses, so it could exacerbate vomiting.

I would be careful with the morphine unless you know it doesn't cause you any nausea. Even so probably best to take way before the SN so its fully absorbed and not interfering in any way.

When to take it then? Like four hours before? And than maybe add paracetamol one hour before sn like in Stan's guide?
