Should I put my SN in refrigerator? For example, today was a very hot day. i live in Australia and the temperature reached 41 Celsius (105 fahrenheit). I am concerned that in this hot weather, my Sodium Nitrite would become spoiled/oxidized.

What should i do? or should i do anything at all?
Thank you very much for your answer

I worry if you put it in refrigerator it may be contaminated by moisture? I think some have said on here some moisture isn't a problem but i'm not sure. Probably better to put it in a cool part of the home, somewhere that stays naturally cool
