Benzos aren't necessary for the method, they are a luxury to have (though can be detrimental if you don't know the timing of them). The darknet is generally the source for them if you aren't able to get a prescription. But plenty of users have CTBed without them, it's moreso for comfort than it is related at all to CTBingI would prefer the comfort to be honest. I have the propranolol is the other meteo etc easier to source in the UK? Why does everything have to be so hard. Even on the dark net you can get ripped offI'm only using SN, and alcohol.
