Hi, may I know if my protocol is okay?

Day1
0800 10mg metaclopramide
1600 10mg metaclopramide
2400 10mg metaclopramide

Day 2
0800 10mg metaclopramide
1600 10mg metaclopramide + start solid fasting
2000 liquid fasting
2300 1000mg paracetamol
2315 30mg metaclopramide
2330 Xanax (how much should I take?)
2400 drink 20g SN in 50ml water (if vomit drink the second glass)

I stay with family so I'm not sure how quiet this will be.

Xanax, if you never taken benzos before and if you are an average person with a weight of around 60-80Kg, 1-2mg would be enough to take the panic and anxiety away.

That's how much I will take. I take benzos very very rarely and I don't have a tolerance to them and I weigh 90kg.

It's hard to speculate, but I've seen videos of people using it, and it's not a quiet method. You'll very likely be gagging and vomiting. After you lose consciousness, you will also breath really heavily which can be loud as your body loses oxygen. Also, if you're not laying down, there is a chance you'll collapse, even if you're sitting.

I would second the recommendation to get a hotel room. It can be a cheap one. If you can do that, the chances of intervention is lower.

Can you please tell why exactly you take antiemetics every 8 hours a day before SN? Does this enhance the effect of antiemetics or something?

How did you get the metaclopramide?

Are there valid otc alternatives. Sorry I've not looked at this method. Just curious

What do you do if you only can access the SN and nothing else? I cant get the benzos or the digestive ones
