Help with SN protocol

Hi could anyone help me evaluate my SN protocol? If I should add anything to make the process smoother?

Day1
0800 10mg metaclopramide
1600 10mg metaclopramide
2400 10mg metaclopramide

Day 2
0800 10mg metaclopramide
1600 10mg metaclopramide + start solid fasting
2000 liquid fasting
2300 1000mg paracetamol
2315 30mg metaclopramide
2330 Xanax (how much should I take?)
2400 drink 20g SN in 50ml water (if vomit drink the second glass)

I'm thinking about shifting the time drinking SN in the afternoon where no one is around for about 4 hours. It's very hard for me to get a hotel room. I stay with my family but they do get out during day time. Do I need lozenges or antacid cuz it's quite debatable about its use?

The xanax I think aims for a sedative experience. If you have only a few then it will serve to calm you down, I think. I saw a PPH ss with the dose stating 20x30mg oxazepam/xanax/valium/any benzo should be taken for the sedative effect. Also the recommended dose is 25gm SN I think

If u wanted u could add beta blockers IIRC (propranolol) but they'd only help with the fast heartbeat so idk if its worth it but just in case i bought some regardless

Adding another sedative to combine w/ benzo would probably also be a good idea, to boost calming or speed unconsciousness. Ketamine works, I've heard, which is why im trying to source some atm
