SN Police Visits - Just give them regular table salt in SN packets?

In thoery, if one was to get a wellness check visit & is scared of the police coming back with a search warrant later on. Why not just give them regular table salt in Sn packaging to protect your plans?

If there is any back chat later on from the police, you could always say this was how it was sold to me. Does anyone see any probs with the above?

Could be viable.A lot of people on here say their SN wasn't seized *in the US. Best thing to do is probably keep it safe somewhere. It's not a controlled substance in the US and Canada. I'm seeing more people who ordered from IC than CCS being checked up on.

Indeed, or it would be on the SN packaging containing the regular salt which you give them. Like I say, if they give you any problems later on, you can always say "that was how it was sold to me!" to protect your plans.

but that means you would have to take the SN out of the sealed back before putting the salt in, leaving the bag unsealed after that, obvs. Also, you would have to put the SN somwhere else, hoping it won't go bad from wherever you gotta store it.

True & good point. But you can buy airtight bags to put the SN in & as long as it is stored correctly, the SN will last years if not decades as I understand it.

I think potentially losing a bit of SN potency is a price worth paying to ensure you get to keep your SN in a worst case situation.

I live in the UK & I've checked the law on this earlier today & believe SN is legal to own as a result. However I am planning for a VERY worse case situation that the police DO come back with a search warrant. As I have ordered from IC in the past year & my local NHS crisis team know I have SN. Just got police at my front door at 1am for a wellness check since the FBI traced my order from IC and flagged it as a suicide kit. They believed me when I said I hadn’t ordered it and that there wouldn’t be a case number made or anything, but still it was a lot to go through, one of the cops...

I also plan on hiding my SN outside & maybe even spliting it so I can hide it in two places just in case. Even though I expect the chances of the police getting a search warrant for SN are low. But still, I would like to know people's thoughts on the opening question, just in case.

My apologies, I can't quite remember where it was but someone on here did have their package intercepted and (I believe) seized. I corrected my comment to reflect the utmost information I'm aware of.

I'll try to find the post again, but a lot are popping up today. It doesn't seem like anyone is safe, but luckily most of these police visits seem to be wellness checks without any kind of warrant.

They know the source, Interpol contacted asking welfare checks/whatever your country does for people who ordered from IC. In UK they didn't search my flat. I never got hold of my SN after missing delivery, told them as much, they believed me. UK Police generally tends to be quite chill, but they need more training on how to deal with these cases.

afaik i dont think its likely they would get a search warrant. handing them any sort of evidence would be risky and would more likely make things worse. dont tell the cops anything you dont have to, and engage with them as little as possible
