fasting for about 8 hours before and no water for 2 hours before
1 hour before - paracetamol
45 mins before - domperidone (i'm not sure about the dosage though? is it the same as meto which would be 3 x 10g?)
SN drink - 20gm in 50ml water

i have a few questions regarding this and would appreciate any help:
do people not recommend the antacid anymore? or should i still take that 30 mins before the drink?
i also have propranolol and valiums - how many should i take and at what time?

I would use an antacid, Propranolol and Valium (Diazepam).

I think antacid is to neutralise stomach acid to get more of the SN into your small intestine.

About the valium, try not to take it too early, or you could just fall asleep or be too dizzy to mix the sn and that kind of stuff

I'll take 200mg propranolol an hour before SN.

Then a sip of honey + 20mg diazepam following a glass of pure SN + 50ml water.

If puke then proceed the second glass: 200mg propranolol mixed with 20g SN.

This is no way a professional suggestion, just my uneducated guess. Bear in mind, I hope not to puke the first glass and close this life with valium ...
