If you can't get metoclopramide, you could substitute with domperidone since they are both dopamine antagonists.

I'd just get drunk first then down the bottle quick, a little bad taste ain't gonna bother me if you know you are going to pass out.
Or eat chocolate straight after. I wish I could get N but the worry of paying out big money and hoping it arrives in post is a big put off for me.
I have only read a bit about SN but it seems more complicated and maybe not as certain to work in certain passing?

If you can afford it (as well as antiemetics), are confident the N will get over the border, think you can get past the taste, and can make sure you won't be found for at least 12 hours, go with N. If you're worried about the cost, taste, or the N getting over the border, SN would might be a better choice for you.

Promethazine is an antihistamine with anti-emetic properties, however it's not a dopamine antagonist. You need a dopamine antagonist for it to be effective.

You don't have to use a Dopamine product for SN to be effective. The Dopamine is used as to keep you from possibly vomiting. And as for a time frame , there is a post on here from Xerxes that says a lessnd dosage caused a reaction that only took less then an hour as he did this as a test. So I wouldn't say 12hrs is an accurate assumption for SN to work.
