Help SN Method, better to try for Meto or Benzo prescription?

I have a telehealth appointment coming up and I think I may be able to get away with one or the other but not both. Which should I try to push for a prescription, and which is harder to source without one?

For context, I live in the US and am currently prescribed Sertraline (Zoloft) and Aripiprazole, both of which I haven't taken for about a month. From my understanding some antidepressants don't play well with Metoclopramide but I have had issues with serious acid reflux in the past so I plan to use that as a reason, and probably lie about having taken it in the past if that's the route suggested. Lastly, if I go the path of benzos, is there a specific kind you'd recommend and to treat which symptoms? (I'm having serious trouble sleeping even with melatonin).

Meto is there to prevent vomiting, Benzos are there to stay calm.

Imo Meto is more important.

You can get benzo in a different session if at all and benzos are harder to source doubt you can really ask and get it
