SN into UK - Tracking has gone blank

I've ordered SN from DSL and it reached the UK.

It appeared to get through customs, but now the tracking has gone blank. I'm not sure if it's been seized?

The last update was:
Departure from inward office of exchange

TERMINAL UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND

One hour later, the tracking has another timestamp, but no status. Where the status is, it's just blank.

A glitch or potentially seized?

Like... The Royal Mail tracker said "We've got it" so I changed the delivery address to a local post office. Now the status is just blank but with a time stamp.

It should have been delivered by now...

I just checked my tracking. I also received that notification and the one after that was "Item into sorting centre" which I believe means the Royal Mail have it. If you changed address I imagine the blank message is probably about accepting the change? After arriving in the Royal Mail they seemed to have the most recent updates as the Ukrainian site would only update like an hour after the Royal Mail site. Do you mind me asking how long ago that notification appeared?

The update on tracking is usually instant after the redirect request. It's still showing as blank

That's so strange. Have you googled it? I'm sure you're not the only one this has happened to

I'll give it until the morning and see how it is. It's thown my plans for today up in the air, I was lying in bed last night thinking I'd be gone by now

There has to be some way to follow up though? Surely there's somewhere you can check it or someone you can ask? You wouldn't have to say what it was because technically they have to respect your privacy so just your tracking number and maybe the name on the parcel should do.
