low dose of DPH might be a good way to experience what CTBing by SN feels like without actually having to die. this can be very useful if you're looking to train for it so when the time comes you're already used to it and calm. as long as you don't take a high dose to cause bad hallucinations with the DPH. i took 125 mg and even at that dose experienced faint auditory and visual hallucinations, so if anyone's looking to try this i recommended only 100 mg, assuming you're a beginner with no tolerance at all
