I got sent an email about the status of my package. And oh boy, the EST date is tomorrow. It gave me whiplash. I've started deleting social medias and I'm fairly far ahead in removing all my friendship connections.

But I'm not sure if I'll be ready.

I'd personally recommend holding off on deleting any crucial information just yet. In my experience, when I first obtained SN, I felt ready to ctb immediately, but I hadn't fully prepared for the impact of SI. Of course, I don't know your specific situation, so it's just something to consider.

thank you! SI will be a bitch but i'm absolutely certain my life has to end. nothing can take me out of this thought process. what i need to work on, is the fear of ending it.
