Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Hi everyone so glad to find this place! I only joined today so don't shoot me if I'm asking a dumb question... actually on second thoughts do shoot me, would save a lot of time and money it seems (sorry bad joke)

But seriously I've been reading through posts for the last few hours and SN seems to be the best option for me if and when the time is right... I think not knowing the method scares me more than actually CTB now so what I have read so far has been hugely enlightening already and have already checked out the 'Stan method' thread and basically I was wondering if Temazepam could be added... the reason I ask is I have access to it and when I take a decent dose (30mg upwards) it tends to really take away my inhibitions, kind of makes me feel like I'm wrapped in cottonwool and I just don't give a f*** anymore... I really feel like that feeling coud really make the whole ride a lot smoother if taken at the right time?

Thanks for any info in advance!

Temazepam like most benzodiazepines will calm and sedate you this in theory could help reduce your SI.

The latest PPEH suggest massive doses of Oxazepam or Diazepam for the SH protocol, I would assume temazepam would work well too.

Ok thank you so much thats good news... i just wanted to make sure it wouldn't interfere in a negative way... I do love the feeling it gives me before I drift off... I can definitely see it making me a whole lot less anxious or nervous about any unwanted affects before passing out, usually takes me a good hour to actually fall asleep so probably like 50 or 60mg just under an hour before taking the SN would be perfect then!
