Any ideas how to make SN work properly considering there's: chronic nausea and vomiting, ulcers, IBS, removed gallbladder, chronic acid reflux, migraines(that affect nausea-vomiting situation) + other problems, like extremely high heart rate, that could interrupt the process ?

Is that correct that the most problematic part (besides pain) in this case is unavoidable vomiting?
Does removed gallbladder affect the absorption process? (As I understand, no?)
Would it work anyway if 2-3 glasses of SN in total are ingested? Some of it would absorb despite vomiting?
Would meto be enough to help with vomiting in this case? Any other medication that works similarly?
Does it make sense to choose this method if there's no way to get meto?
Any other thoughts?

Thank you.

The SN is absorbed in the small intestine so as for the gallbladder thing, no, I wouldn't think so. Keep in mind that if you have stomach ulcers and take SN it's going to be like putting salt on an open wound- not the best feeling, unless you use capsules or something that dissolve in the small intestine

It sounds like this method might not be the best one for you, just when taking all of this into consideration and how painful that could potentionally be for you as stated above already. I'd think of a back up method if I were you, maybe something less painful?

I think it is better at least to work on ulcers before SN. I had them in the past and with a very strict diet with 0 errors in food (very important) it can be OK or much much better in some months. If there is H pylori it is more difficult but L. Reuteri, Mastic gum etc could help.
I have a "lowkey" gastritis and because of this will take at least 20mg of Famotidine before SN.
