Help Sleeping pill advice

I have never taken sleeping pills so am unsure of the strength and how well they will work, but don't want to use them beforehand as I don't want to waste them.
I have 14 7.5mg zopiclone, and alcohol that I plan to take together before charcoal method.
Any advice if I will or should take all 14 of them? I also have 28 anti depressions, is it wise to mix them?
Any advice is welcomed

I don't think that will do much, you'll be relying on the charcoal method to work mostly

That was my worry, I didn't think it would either. I have more than enough charcoal, was just hoping to be pretty much out of it when it takes over
