Have any of you guys had experience with taking too many sleeping pills, be it to intentionally harm yourself, or just because you need sleep?
I take diphenhydramine pills each night, but my tolerance has raised to the point where I take 6 a night. It gets hard to breathe and swallow most every night, and it feels like the air around me is closing in. I can never move my limbs very well, and it's a strong body high.
I think pretty often about how it might feel when I CTB, my method involves a collection of sedatives and SN just to be sure it actually works. Idk if this bodily experience will be at all similar between my sleep meds and my method meds, probably not much at all, but I still ponder a lot. This is probably the closest I can get to that while still alive.

I've taken too much lunesta (20mg) benzodiazepines (80mg Ativan, 20mg Valium), antipsychotics (50mg prochlorperazine), fentynl (two 75mcg per hour patches) antihistamines (300mg Benedryl, 200mg hydroxazine), all at once in an effort to sleep. Unfortunately, I seem to have an absolute inability to OD no matter what I do and how many I take. I didn't even sleep after all that, just developed the symptoms of serotonin syndrome. Jesus. How people react to medication (especially too much medication and mixing meds) is really SUCH an individual thing... that's why it's seems impossible to tell how SN will feel. If you have a foolproof way of drugging yourself to sleep beforehand, you're in luck.

I'm really happy that you're able to get some kind of sedative effect from simple diphenhydramine. :) That seems like a good sign, imo. Hopefully SN will be equally peaceful for you.

Yes, I often compulsively overdose on anything I can get my hands on - antipsychotics, painkillers, illicit drugs, even paint. It makes my heart beat really fast, breathing is hard and I cant move my limbs effectively, my eyes twitch from side to side and I get white flashes in front of my eyes, sometimes some puking the day after. 1/10 dont reccomend but I need something thats not a legit suicide attempt but lets off steam when I want to die

Last year I was ripped off thousands by scammers and completely fake product.
At one point I was taking 160mg valium per day or 16mg lorazepam. Nitrazepam, etizolam (fake Diaz)
8 7.5 zopis
It's not a good road. They are so difficult to score. I wish I'd have stuck to heroin.
Withdrawal from these is just as bad as it was being a chronic alcoholic.
