I was out since May or June
My suicide plans are in halt
Yeah team recovery? Not quite
I'm currently "sober" that means not to not being drunk but rather in a conscious state of mind
It's 11 pm here and I think I started to have some worried symptom of suspecting delusions happened
It's like having a imaginary friend it's a man voice
I was out of me for 30 minutes or more and I don't have any idea how I arrived to my room since nobody knows where I live
But this man is here only in voice and it's a girls residence
Not the classic stereotypical go kill yourself go kill someone or you are a god , it's sporadic words
I'm afraid to tell this to a psychiatrist
It started this week and worsening today since I was 1 hour "out"
What is ducking happened
