Like in GTA V online race. You can be in first place for a bit. Then, one slight mistske sends you to last place for a while, or for the rest of the race.

that's exactly how i feel... is it selfish/crazy of me to just quit and ctb? it feels everyone thinks that letting one mistake end my life is illogical, but i just don't see a way to live my life with this/move past this

I feel this way too. I'm so fuckimg stupid that I made a small mistake that is taking everything. I keep losing now amd can't find a way out. My brain says there is no way out.
