should i feel bad about CBT?

I have a bf and I feel like i'm betraying him by CBT but I feel like it will help him because I can't force myself to not talk to anyone but if I CBT then I can't burden anyone and be a problem but I feel guilty about CBT should I feel this way and is there a way to relieve this feeling beforehand?
First of all it's your own decision and your own life not someone else's life. This is actually the unsolvable problem someone will always have to suffer, whether the one who desperately wants / has to CTB to be relieved or the loved ones/friends.
Have you asked yourself if you really have no other option? Why do you want CTB? Maybe you should end your friendship with your bf first then CTB? This may also hurt him, no doubt.
You should not feel guilty for sth you really want to be relieved from your pain.
