• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I see that I'm not the only one who thought of "passing out then fall and drown underwater" method. Reading some of the post regarding this, it seems people are having a hard time achieving the "passing out" step.

I thought instead of hyperventilating, you just do the carotid artery method, which is way faster and easier to making you pass out. You make a tourniquet, then apply it on your neck, and you'll go limp and fall underwater.

I know the method is for people who want to make it look like an accident but for those who want to just get it over with, this might be helpful. The tourniquet idea is just one of many ways doing the carotid artery method.

actually using tourniquet and jumping in to water isn't necessary. one can use just tourniquet to ctb. the unconsciousness caused by carotid compression is lack of blood flow through brain. and if you use to pass out and fall in to water you would regain consciousness immediately after falling in to water and simply drown while conscious or come out of it. the method of passing out to ctb under water is hyperventilating. this decreases the co2 levels too. anyways correct me if i am wrong.

This might help: "Inhale deeply through the nose or mouth, and exhale unforced through the mouth. Fully inhale through the belly, then chest and then let go unforced. Repeat this 30 to 40 times in short, powerful bursts. You may experience light-headedness, and tingling sensations in your fingers and feet." It's taken from the Wim Hof Method and basically teaches to hyperventilate in order to meditate.
