Venting [SH TW] I'm running out of places to cut that i can hide

I've been cutting up my thigh about 6-10 times a day and I'm running out of free space where no one would be able to see. (My arms are checked way too much since I cut myself there before.) The thing I use to cut myself isn't the best so it's been snagging on other wounds which is more annoying than anything. I'm not going to stop, it's just a grievance I had to get off my chest.

is there any way you can scratch the urge to sh without cutting? like snapping a rubber band? ik that sounds cliche

I gave it a try and it hurts but it's not really the same. If I started with this I do think it would've worked on me at least.

Shoulders worked for me and my boyfriend, just learn to hide them well too and you'll be ok
