• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Do you ever feeling like not caring and just self harming cause it feels good? I have done it a good few times and it's my way of getting through life just wanting to know who else is like this

I've never self harmed, but I've attempted CTB in the past. And yes, I do separate the two. I'd like to ask, is it an endorphin like release for you? Or is it more a concept of punishment?

I used to be addicted to self harm. It started as self punishment, turned into boredom and kink, ended in a way to cope with breakdowns (? just extreme emotions that feel unbearable). It developed over the span of 10-ish years.

I'd say self harm is pretty common amongst people here, there's plenty of people who use it to cope with varying problems. You're definitely not alone in it.

It was for punishment at first and to feel something intense that was real but more recently it has become something more enjoy and I can look forward to.

I'm actually not surprised by that transition, that makes sense.
