I think there truly is nothing, for an indeterminate amount of time before you become conscious again. If you think about it, the fact that we are conscious right now at this very second is infinitismally small, the fact that the universe expanded at just the right miliseconds after the big bang for the gases to sustain life to occur are also very very small. Most likely, in the span of time of the universe there is a chance for an exact molecular configuration to occur once again to give rise to our consciousness once again. We may not be a human, maybe a different life form. Who knows. Or perhaps in an alternate universe (if they exist) a clump of cells could gather together once again in the exact formation it did in this universe, which will give rise to "your" consciousness arising again. Just a theory though. Eternal oblivion sounds nice too.
