Sarco machine?

Got this in an email from Exit - celebrate the completion today of the new Sarco X Exit........................Sounds great, but is it practical to be able to get? Are they even selling it. I guess it somehow uses 3D printing, which I totally don't understand.

Anybody know about this thing?
