Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

This reply isn't helpful, and I'm sure there's a 'best' rope out there but if there's anything I've learning about hanging, it's if there's a will there's a way. I'm guilty for reading a lot of news articles about suicides and the list of ligature types is endless in these successful attempts. Climbing rope, cable ties, elastic bands, bed sheets, belts, scarfs, electrical cables, towels, T-shirts, the list goes on.. hanging is one of the most accessible and common methods because of that. I'm sure some are softer or more comfortable than others, but if the person is determined enough it doesn't matter what you use

I shouldn't really need to explain that since it's kind of obvious, but anything that has a loop or can be tied into a knot, and is obviously strong enough to not tear or break will work if the person is determined enough. That's just an example of one of the many ways people can and have done it, but of course there are other more common or reliable ligature types though
