I am increasingly sure that I will resort to a complete suspension. If necessary, I have opioids, benzos and other substances that would make it easier for me. I have studied the place and the knots, in addition to being alone for at least 1 hour. The rope would be made of polypropylene with a thickness of 1 finger. My question is, do you know of any possible cases of failure for another reason? I understand that a complete suspension without anyone finding you is lethal...

That is unfortunate to hear.... I'm very sorry. I don't have chronic illness, so I may not be able to understand your feelings, sorry for misunderstanding. I hope you get better soon. However, I think even with an illness there is potential to get better? If not, my condolences.
