Technically speaking, sodium overdose sounds easy if you can just keep it in, but I assume that it is not very effective in the most available sources such as NaCl (cooking salt).
In theory simply ingesting two hundred grams of NaCl or so should be a lethal dose so can someone explain to me why it is not a viable choice?
I apologise if this is not properly tagged as I found it unclear if it was a "method" or a "help" post.
