I'm honestly hoping how shit I've been treating my body the past couple months will make it much easier for it to not survive.

I think I've always engaged in some sort of passive suicidal behaviour, I drank heavily (alcoholism) for 30+ years, I'm a diabetic now, overweight and I rarely take my medications as directed and I'm still here. I seem to have just done my health harm rather than shortening my life to any extent. The medical profession are intent on keeping me alive even after three failed attempts to ctb. The reality seems to be that the body is fantastic at healing itself whether we want it to or not.
