Help recommended methods

I'm looking for some advice. I would like ideas. I'm not 100%. Life is going downhill rapidly and the love of my life is losing interest in me. I am not enough.

I'm interested in anything that has decent availability. Preferably something I could sleep through but if not that is ok. Preferably painless. I do not want to be afraid.

I do not have access to firearms.
I'm new so I'm still learning. Thank you
