Reaction of pets to ctbing

I'm actually living alone since I've cut contact with all of my friends and also with my ex gf because I don't want them to suffer when I'm gone.
But I have a maltese dog and he's with me actually all the time..
I'm wondering how our pets, especially dogs, will react to our SN ctbing. Will he somewhat know that death is coming? Etc.
Yeah, sure, one can attempt suicide alone in a room with closed doors, but I would like to know the answer regardless

For me, it will not be an issue.
I intend to leave my property to my family.
So my plan for CTB is to not be at home.
My pets will be with my family.
Yes, it is not easy to plan carefully for CTB.
A lot to prepare for.
I do not only think about me, but also for my family.
I am sure many of us are the same.

dogs pretty much know how you feel. based on smells etc. they watch you all day and study you. not sure about a maltese. but even lap dogs know, maybe they don't express it as well. i'm so glad you are taking steps to take care of him. hope all goes well.

iv made sure to leave lots of bowls of food n lots of water for my wee dog harley in my kitchen enough for a few weeks til im found when i do it
