Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

It's stated that smoking increases stomach acids, so if you smoke you may want an anti acid. But smoking can help the gastric emptying of liquids. So I'm gonna smoke a final cig before drinking SN and take anti acid earlier in the day.

What's interesting is that this is actually a bit overkill. Metocloperamide, already the drug of choice used for SN nausea prevention due to its unique mechanism of action, is actually the one of the best known medications for increasing the speed of gastric emptying as well as the speed of movement through the intestines.
