i have questions about sn
(and yes i am new to the website, sorry if some of these look dumb, please dont judge)

1. what is the proccess of dying from sn like? (i heard if its done right it will be painless, but i mean will i be vomitting, having seizures, etc during it)
2. how will people find me once i die? (i live with my parents n dont wanna traumatize them, is it possible to look like im just sleeping)
3. will my people assume i died of a natural death or will they know it was an a attempt? (if it is succesful)

thank u for ur time reading

No worries, no dumb questions friend. Once you react and interact with more posts you'll gain access to the search feature that can give you a lot of answers from past conversations.

But for now, I'll give the brief overview.

1. A lot of this unfortunately depends on a lot of factors, how much SN is taken, wether or not anti vomiting or anxiety suppressants was taken with it, wether or not the individual prepped for it or did the anxious "test try," as well as other biological factors. From what I've seen from successful attempts, it's like 5-15 minutes of discomfort, potential for nausea, and a very fast heart rate, before blacking out and drifting to sleep. Not fun, uncomfortable, but not excruciating or humiliating which is what I think most people are looking for.

2. You will be found slightly bloated, with blue or purple lips. Unfortunately there's really no way to make a dead body presentable *before* the morgue. Your parents will be traumatized regardless, but this specific method leaves little to no gore, mostly just discoloration.

3. It is very unlikely anyone would assume it was a natural death during the initial discovery, especially if you're young with no preexisting conditions, but it is impossible to avoid the truth of it once your body goes to a coroner. Any medical professional will see the drug in your system and link it pretty instantly to this popular suicide method.

Hope none of this comes off as rude, just informational, but I think it's important to lay it all out bluntly. I sincerely hope life does not drive you to this option friend, and that things can turn up for you. But as someone planning on ending their life with this method, I understand the struggle. I hope this message helped in some way and that you can find peace, in whatever way that may be. <3

i asked gemini, pretending that my brother CTBed with 25gr what he might have felt before dying and he said that if the dosage is high enough (at least 3x the lethal dose) and no vomiting occured, he would have died without feeling anything, maybe a bit of discomfort but no pain

with regards to the last question: methaemoglobinemia is not something that is routinely checked on an autopsy, but considering the (supposedly) young age they are gonna run additional exams and find out
