I may well have asked this question before, but my memory is pretty shite and I can't remember.

My plan to CTB is the SN method. I am fully expecting that I will vomit at some point in the process despite taking meto, and as much as I'll prepare and try to drink a second cup, there's no real way of knowing how much I'll absorb. If SN doesn't work - i.e I don't lose consciousness and just fall asleep, when I eventually wake, will I need treatment at the hospital? If I'm going to take SN, I'm doing it to die, not to be left damaged, so if I have to go to the hospital, then so be it (my MH team won't care enough to detain me so I don't need to worry about anything like that).
My mind is just trying to cover all bases.

I would say yes, you should consult a doctor if the attempt fails.
