I heard that 8grams of propranolol is enough to successfully overdose. My psychiatrist prescribed me some of this last week but not nearly enough. So my question is how should I go about getting her to prescribe me more? The way I got it prescribed in the first place was by saying "My physical symptoms of anxiety are getting too much for me and I have a stressful day this Friday." She said (after handing me the prescription) that she didn't want me taking this a lot, thus the low dose she put me on. Its about 10mg per pill and there are about 60 in the container, so all in all thats only 600 mg. I need 8000 mg xD

I have no history with addiction or anything and I've convinced her I'm not suicidal so she trusts me I think. But I dont know how to go about "asking" for more without seeming suspicious. Thanks in advance

What about going into different doctors and asking them to prescribe it for you because you no longer have anymore of it and it was helping you with your anxiety.
You could try and tell them that you weren't able to make an appointment with the psychiatrist, maybe he has a full schedule.
I don't know if this is plausible in where you live or bot but i have done this to get them to prescribe me my allergies meds without having to go to the allergist, whose appointments are a bit more expensive.
I have done with propranolol too for my essential tremor. I just show them my diagnosis and they give all the propranolol i want, lol.

What dosage have you been prescribed? I'm on 80mg daily. Sounds like it's gonna be difficult with your doctor. You could always ask for benzos and then 'compromise' by increasing your propranonol dosage. In the UK propranolol is also prescribed to prevent recurring migraines. Just something else to think about.

10mg for challenging situations, 20mg max, the box recommends lol... I think I will just say that it helps a lot and ask for more. How did you get put on 80mg daily? Migraines or do you have anxiety as well?

Really, all you can do probably is say you notice a small difference but it's weak. The doctor has to feel it's the right med for you and increase it. They usually like to do that gradually. So it's most likely a case of working up to a higher dose and stockpiling.

How's your blood pressure?? Beta blockers are prescribed by family docs for people with hypertension.

I dont know, here it can be prescribed for physical symptoms of anxiety. I should also mention that its my psychiatrist not family doc.

Yes, I'm wondering if you went to a family doc if they would prescribe you beta blockers if you had hypertension. Maybe ask for pulls with friends or relatives with hypertension?

Unfortunately zero friends and no relatives that live near me. Thanks though, I think I know what to do

One doctor gave me 20mg for anxiety another upped it to 80mg for migraines. I have a history of intracranial hypertension, a neurological condition.

I'm already prescribed a good amount of benzos, so I plan to go to my doctor (he LOVES giving me meds...) and telling him that the consistent dose of benzos I've been on isn't helping so much anymore & rather than take more benzos I want to try propranolol. Then I'd save them and with any luck, I'll have what I need in 2 months.

Because propanalol isn't a controlled substance, it should be easy to get. Well, relatively easy, meaning you don't hafta navigate the dark web or anything illicit. Any overseas or Mexican pharmacy will readily sell this without a prescription... India Mart is often a good place to start.

I OD'ed on a relatively small amount of propanalol once; I was only left with a transient orthostatic hypotension, but it took 5-6 months before I could stand quickly without stumbling forward or passing out. If you were to survive a massive dose, I expect the electrical conduction system of your heart would be seriously FUBAR... like to the point of requiring a pacemaker. It's not something to be trifled with.

That said, I cannot see 8 gms being survivable. You'll lose consciousness long before you have any idea what's happening.

Even if you got them, I'd say you need to mix them with verapamil, and use sedatives and meto. You can look around online pharmacies as well.

I took 6g of propranolol, plus 120mg of clonazepam and 3g of dimenhydrinate. What happened? I woke up 17 hours later unable to move my legs. I did not have activated charcoal gastric lavage and was only hospitalized 3 days after the event. I was then hospitalized for 2 weeks, very swollen and with pain in my left leg, but soon I detached and returned to normal in less than 2 months. My liver is ok, just like the kidneys. The only notable sequel was a circulation problem. This overdose happened in January this year and I'm very ok now, just using the medicine for circulation.

After this incident, I don't know what to do, what would kill me. Looks like I'm a deathless person. It freaks me out.

Ask for a 90 day supply. That is a common request for insurance reasons. Propranolol on it's own may not work but it will definitely aide a combination of another drug with it working. I cannot give further information for certain reasons but you can find it on your own easily.

Benzos do not work with it for your purpose.
Beta blockers work with drugs that suppress the respiratory system or result in oxygen deprivation by other methods. Cannot go into further details but you can find.

I am amazed by the shockingly high IQ level I am seeing on this forum. I would love to see more dumb shits of the world pursuing these methods. Not the majority of the kind of people I have found here. I will offer my experience here to help nevertheless but I can never reveal my field of work. I would be found to be as popular as birdshit on a windshield if anyone found out I was involved with this.

I am prescribed propranolol for both high blood pressure and migraines. I couldn't care less about my blood pressure but I don't like the migraines, hence I can only stockpile this drug slowly because if I miss a few days the migraines return. But I am also prescribed Amlodipine, and after my next prescription in a couple of months I will have a fatal quantity which I will keep in the cupboard in case I need it for some reason …..

Fortunately I live in a region of Brazil where I can buy tons of it without prescription. In Latin America it may be easier to find the propranolol you need, among other legal drugs.
