Question about my meto

So I'm fortunate enough to have meto already in my possession, but it's expired. I've taken it before when I've been sick so I know it at least works some, but I'm unsure if it would be potent enough to do the trick. I mean, I don't see why it shouldn't..but then again I don't know a lot about medicine. I really don't want to go through the headache of getting more, but I will if I need to. What do you guys think? I have close to 90 left so I'm not worried about wasting them if I need to take a little extra, but I also know that too much meto can make you sick.

I had this same situation come up. I was prescribed it awhile back, but it expired last year. I was assured that as long as its been stored in a cool, dry place out of sunlight, there won't be a problem.
