Method Question about Dextromethorphan

Do you guys think if I down a couple bottles of 3,000mg pure dextromethophan tablets after drinking a bunch of vodka would be lethal enough? May attempt partial hanging while I black out from the combination.

I just wonder if you can get that much down, and actually keep it down.

i would say so as long as you can keep it down. maybe get an anti nausea medication. Alcohol after dxm might work better because dxm nausea can have a bit of a delay, and takes longer to kick in, so you could drink while you wait for it to kick in.

That makes a lot of sense actually. Thank you. Yeah the concern is keeping it down but I think DXM first makes a lot of sense.
