Just a rant about psychiatrists.

They are idiots and should be forced to take loads of their own pills. Long enough to be dependent on them, and have them ripped off them. And experience horrible side effects of taking them. Then tell them those side effects are all in their heads.

Same energy: they should be locked down and tortured in prisons (we'd call those "hospital" because it looks fancier), and they'd only be allowed to leave once they've reiterated enough that the pills work and that the side effects were indeed in their head.

Oh shit, I understand you dude when I came to a psychiatrist and said that I lay under a train, he immediately wanted to send me to a psychiatric hospital, but I categorically refused, but this did not save me from a psychiatric hospital because I got there a month later when I wanted to make a second try

I have one now who's good but of my previous 4 psychiatrists, one is now in federal prison, one has been reported to the medical board, one is a complete crazy person who spent my last appt telling me stories about murderers and genocide, and the last gave me unwarranted ECT without full consent. So yeah. The profession attracts a lot of people with narcissism. Told to me by a friend who is a retired psychiatrist.
