The attending nurse will watch and make sure you actually take the medications, or use sublingual versions of the medication. Unfortunately there is no easy way to trick them unless your nurse isn't following procedure.
The best thing you can do is try explain how these medications make you feel to your doctor/nurse and hope they put you on something that causes less distress.
When you're hospitalised you don't get a lot of choices :/, just lie to any psychiatrist you meet about how you're doing better and they'll let you out eventually.
