Psych meds + alcohol + sedative ?

Im just wondering on the effectiveness of a method like that because i cant find anything specific. My doctor always warns me and tries to scare me "dont consume alcohol while on your psych meds because it could kill you". I used to joke that its nice having a possible way out if shit hits the ceiling but i genuinely wanna know now.

I have brexpiprazole, latuda, zoloft, xanax, and clonidine. Is there a realistic way of finding out what would happen if i take everything plus alcohol without just yoloing it?

Not really. But most likely to fail and make you sick.Might end up in hospital and then psych ward. Check out thread on prescription med. OD's. Not very often do these work and could cause you some serious consequences.

Thats so frustrating to hear, i did read a bit about the risks of overdosing and how easy it is to fail. I was just holding out a little bit of hope that maybe my doctor is right and that it would kill me. Sucks to suck i guess

Nah,wish it were that easy tho. I tried a few times with random meds. before I found out the truth.

I have not. But I drank many times while on Zoloft. Nothing happened. Drinking with Xanax will mess you badly the next day, but not likely to kill you.

I don't remember with the Zoloft because it was such a long time ago The Xanax was varying doses as I always recieved them from friends.
