I'm not using SN, and I'm not in Ontario, but knowing that police are investigating SN and publicly announcing its presence as a "means of self-harm" means that other provinces will likely follow suit. How long it will be before they do is a different question, but I wouldn't be surprised to see similar reports from other places in the near future.

The picture is in fact SN.
What absolutely disgusts me is that ridiculous last message and number at the end of that OPP document.

Sorry, should have clarified – in the original post the contents of the cylinder (bottom right) are labelled as calcium lime – not sure if that's what they actually are, but they're little pellets, unlike SN.
