Struggling to choose. Propranolol seems less complicated and can work without additional medication?
1. 110lbs/50kg, resting heart rate <70, is 14g of Propranolol enough? I do my research but I'm interested in what you think if you have experience (of failing, for example, or if you just know something)
2. Planned to get rid of some amount of blood before SN; would it be helpful for propranolol method too?
3. I don't have benzo, is it critical for any method? (I have meto)
4. Is it hard to consume ~360 tablets? Crushing + dissolving in water would work?
5. Not about how peaceful it is; which one is more effective? Considering there's no chance to be found too early
7. Any related thoughts you can share?
