PSAS looks like it sucks a colossal amount of ass, and that's an understatement. Poor guy. How uncomfortable and embarrassing that must be for him.

A lot of people with it ended up taking their own lives so it must be terrible beyond words.
Our bodies are awful. There's just too much stuff that can go wrong with it.
That would be horrible....but im sorry! I found it really funny when the dramatic music kicked in and he fell his knees going "oh god"
