• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I practiced hanging again today. I'm getting better at just setting things up and doing it on the first or second try instead of continuously adjusting/readjusting my belts over an extended period of time.

I'll be honest, it actually makes me a little excited for the day when I finally go through with it. Knowing I can just set things up and go is very comforting!

I think that those who attempt this method are very courageous, I understand why you would feel so relieved at having a method plan that you feel confident in, I wish you the best with your plans.

Same feeling here, been practicing it every day to hopefully getting the hang of it. Super relieving to be able to exit whenever I want and knowing how it feels.

I hope things go well for you <3

I've made a few threads and comments about it, but long story short:

- Don't half-ass it: you need to put your full weight into the noose. If you feel yourself holding back, you won't get the results you want
- If you feel lots of pressure building up in your head, you're doing it wrong. You'll need to readjust the placement of the noose on your neck

That's all I feel comfortable sharing right now. Feel free to pm me for more findings

"Getting the hang of it" 😂 Not sure if that was an intended pun but made me laugh all the same. Whatever you end up choosing to do glad at least that you've got more peace of mind now. A lot of the feelings that get us into being in a low place tend to have a sense of powerlessness as a component. I think having these different things where you feel like you have more control over something can be a good way of anchoring us and giving us the calm we deserve to feel while we are here. So I'm glad you are getting that out of things. ♥️

I'm glad you're feeling reassured on your method :)) it'll probably make ctbing so much more easy to go into for you which is always nice, knowing that it'll work out!

Be better to do SN. Hanging is the equivalent to overdosing; unreliable.

what was a wrong positioning of the noose versus a good one in your case?

SN will fail as easily as hanging if the preparation is faulty. Practice and planning is needed with ALL methods.

You don't have any marks on your neck? I want to practice too, but with a rope. Maybe a belt does not leave marks. Hanging is likely going to be my method of choice but I don't want to leave marks on my neck in the meantime.

Nothing wrong with that. Planned or impulse, it is the end result that matters.
